Several herd dispersals draw plenty of buyers

It was another step towards new horizons for David and Rose Gee, Wimborne, Manilla who dispersed their herd based on Bowen and Heart Angus bloodlines through Purtle Plevey at TRLX today. With the property sold and the clearing sale scheduled next week, Rose said it’s an emotional time but they are looking forward to a move to the Sunshine State.  Their draft of 200 mixed sex weaners sold to $1000 for the steers and $1000 for the heifers. Heifers and calves sold to $1460 and 146 PTIC cows and heifers sold to $1020. We wish David and Rose all the best for the future and thank them for their support over many years. We will miss seeing their beautiful cattle consistently top the market.
